We collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth and residential city. During your first deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, we also verify your payment details. This information is used only to process your account, verify your identity and comply with payment processor requirements.

No. We never sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes. We share only the minimum required data with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and your bank) to complete your transactions. All third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Log into your account, go to Settings > Account > Privacy, and select 'Download My Data'. We'll prepare your data export within 24 hours and email you a secure link. Your export includes all transactions, login dates and account changes since registration.

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Close Account and follow the steps to request closure. Your personal details are deleted immediately. Transaction records are kept for two years to satisfy payment processor and regulatory requirements, then securely destroyed.

All deposits through DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS use TLS 1.3 encryption. Your payment credentials never touch our servers directly—they're processed through encrypted payment gateways. We never store your full card or bank account number; only a transaction reference is kept.

We send only account-related emails by default—withdrawal confirmations, login alerts and payment receipts. Promotional emails are opt-in only. You can disable all marketing communications in Settings > Notifications > Email Preferences without affecting your account or withdrawals.
